Frequently asked questions
What is a virtual mailbox?
A virtual mailbox is a real street address where we receive your postal mail and packages on your behalf. Instead of driving to a mailbox, you manage everything online: we notify you when mail arrives, scan items so you can read them from your phone or computer, and forward, hold, discard, or shred them based on what you choose.
What's the difference between a CMRA and a P.O. Box?
A P.O. Box only accepts USPS mail — carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon often won't deliver to one, and you can't use it as a business street address. We're a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency), which is a real, licensed street address. That means we accept packages from every carrier, and you get an actual address (2298 Young Ave, Memphis, TN) that looks professional on business filings, invoices, and your website.
Can I use this address to register my LLC or business?
Many customers use our Memphis street address as their business address for a more professional presence. Requirements vary by state and entity type, so we recommend confirming the specifics with your registered agent, attorney, or the Tennessee Secretary of State. We're happy to answer questions about how our address works — just give us a call.
Which carriers can deliver to my address?
All of them. Because we're a CMRA with a staffed storefront, we can receive and sign for mail and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other couriers.
How do I sign up, and how much does it cost?
You choose a plan and sign up through one of our trusted platform partners — iPostal1, Anytime Mailbox, or PostScan Mail — which provide the plans and pricing and register you directly at our Memphis location. Visit our Services page to get started, or call us at 901-441-6310 if you'd like help choosing.
